“And He looked up and saw the rich putting their gifts into the treasury, and He saw also a certain poor widow putting in two mites.   So, He said, ‘Truly I say to you that this poor widow has put in more than all; for all these out of their abundance have put in offerings for God, but she out of her poverty put in all the livelihood that she had.’”

1. Get back to the heart of God.

“Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God and receive from Him anything we ask, because we keep His commands and do what pleases Him.”

(1 John 3:21-22)

“‘Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.  Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.  For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.’”

(Matt. 11:28-30)

2. Get back to the peace of God.

“Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.  Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.”

(Col. 3:15-16)

“The goal of this command is love, which comes from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.” 

(1 Tim 1:5)

3. Get back to healthy relationships.

“‘This is to My Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be My disciples.  As the Father has loved Me, so have I loved you. Now remain in My love.  If you keep My commands, you will remain in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commands and remain in His love.”
